Board minutes
President Merle West made a motion to amend current PIAM bylaws to reduce the number of serving board members from 8 board members to 6 board members eliminating 3rd director and assistant/editor positions, Russ Walker supported the motion, Mark Booth second the motion and all members in attendance were in favor.
President Merle West made another motion to amend PIAM bylaws to clarify Article IV Section 4. Life Membership – A member, if retired and age 62 and a member for 15 years and not registered under Act 407 shall automatically be granted a Life Membership. Motion supported by Dave Burton and Eric Bowerman second the motion.
